It is an amplified antenna comes in a small package. You can wall mount the antenna or use the stand.
It does receive local HD channels better than my other $50 HD antenna

I used this antenna to replace a pair of rabbit ears.
The result was about the same either way.

I’ve used several supposed HDTV antennas and, so far this one is the worst for signal. Invest in something else.

Only could get 1 channel. I live in Los Angeles, major city. I barely get one channel. Don’t waste your money. It is cheaper to throw it in the trash then send it back for a refund. This is absolutely the worst HDTV antenna to buy. You have to plug it to an A/C adapter to amplify your antenna power, it barely even works when its amplified.
